Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

• 50% booking fee is required to secure individual appointments or 30% for group appointments

• All booking fees are non refundable and non transferable

• If a booking needs to be rescheduled more than 3 months from the date then original booking fee can be transferred to the new date. 

• If the reschedule is less than 3 months away then a new booking fee is required to secure your new date. 

• If a booking needs to be cancelled more than 3 months from the date for any then the original booking fee will be held as a credit for upto 6 months

• If the cancellation is less than 3 months away, any booking fees paid will be kept as a cancellation fee.

For Hair Bookings

• Hair must be clean and dry at the start of your booking, if the hair is wet an additional blow dry charge may apply. 
  

  For Makeup Bookings

• Face must be clean at the start of your booking, you may have skincare applied already otherwise it will be provided. 

• If you have any allergies or sensitivities this needs to be communicated before your appointment time. 
  

  Parking

• If the location you are at requires payment for parking the client is responsible for this. 

• Any tolls that may be encountered to/from the location are to be paid by the client
